How is it different from ChatGPT?
It is not a general-purpose chat experience. iyibir Copilot is positioned to produce enterprise decision support by considering your ERP context, user permissions and real company records.
Which LLM providers are supported?
The model layer is designed not to depend on a single provider. During implementation, the right provider is selected based on security, cost, performance and data policy requirements.
Is my data used to train models?
No. Your enterprise data is not stored at the AI provider and is not used for general model training.
Can it show sources?
Yes, showing the record or data source behind an answer is an important product principle. This lets users verify not only the result, but also the reasoning behind it.
Can Copilot perform transactions?
Yes. Copilot prepares a transaction draft for your request, presents it as a preview with its reasoning, and writes it to Logo ERP only with your explicit approval. Beyond answers and decision support, it works as an agent that manages your ERP.
Is user approval required?
Yes, control should remain with the user, especially for actions affecting orders, prices, accounts, inventory or finance. Copilot prepares and explains; the user approves.
Where is Copilot installed?
