It renews on the 1st
The allowance renews on the first day of every month, Türkiye time. You get a warning at 80% of your allowance; at the limit, new questions stop and the panel offers an extra question pack or a higher plan.
What doesn't count
Errors from the AI provider and budget refusals are not deducted from your allowance.

What is iyibir Copilot?
iyibir Copilot is an enterprise intelligence layer that works with your Logo Edge and Logo ERP data through natural language. It helps users get answers, interpretation and decision support without searching through reports, screens and menus.
How is it different from ChatGPT?
It is not a general-purpose chat experience. iyibir Copilot is positioned to produce enterprise decision support by considering your ERP context, user permissions and real company records.
How does Copilot connect to Logo?
Through the iyibir PaaS Agent. It's installed once on your own server and managed from the iyibir Cloud panel; your Logo database is never opened to the internet.
Is my data used to train models?
No. Your enterprise data is not stored at the AI provider and is not used for general model training.
Can it show sources?
Yes, showing the record or data source behind an answer is an important product principle. This lets users verify not only the result, but also the reasoning behind it.
Can Copilot perform transactions?
Yes, with your approval. Copilot prepares the transaction you ask for (an order, for example) and shows it as a preview. If you approve, the record is written to the Logo REST service on your server through the iyibir PaaS Agent; nothing you haven't approved reaches Logo. Copilot never deletes records.
Is user approval required?
Yes, control should remain with the user, especially for actions affecting orders, prices, accounts, inventory or finance. Copilot prepares and explains; the user approves.
Where is Copilot installed?
iyibir Copilot runs on iyibir Cloud and is used from the browser; no installation or version updates are required. For the Logo connection, the iyibir PaaS Agent is installed once on your own server.
