These terms cover only the use of the iyibircopilot.io website; purchasing and using the iyibir Copilot product is subject to a separate agreement.

2. Nature and Scope of the Service
These terms cover only the use of the iyibircopilot.io website. The site presents iyibir Copilot — an enterprise intelligence layer that works with your Logo ERP data in plain language — for informational and promotional purposes; demo requests and demonstrations on the site are informational only. Purchasing, deploying, and using the iyibir Copilot product is not covered by these terms; it is carried out under a separate customer agreement.
3. Informational Nature of the Content
Information on the site is for promotional and informational purposes only; it does not create any commitment, warranty, or contractual offer. Statements on the site described as our "vision," "goal," or "roadmap" are plans regarding future capabilities, development direction, and platform approach; they do not constitute a commitment about the product's current scope. The product's current capabilities and committed scope are defined in the relevant customer agreement and proposal documents.
4. Intellectual Property
All content, design, logos, and brand elements on this site belong to İyibir Yazılım ve Teknoloji San. Tic. Ltd. Şti. Copying, reproducing, or using this content for commercial purposes without prior written permission is prohibited.
5. Acceptable Use
You agree to use the site only for lawful purposes and in a way that does not infringe the rights of third parties. Unauthorized access attempts, automated scraping, or actions that disrupt the site's operation are prohibited.

8. Governing Law and Jurisdiction
