This policy covers only the iyibircopilot.io website; ERP data processed within iyibir Copilot's enterprise deployment is subject to a separate agreement and data processing terms.
1. Scope and Data Controller
This Privacy Policy explains the personal data we process when you submit a demo request or contact form through the iyibircopilot.io website, or simply visit the site. The data controller is İyibir Yazılım ve Teknoloji San. Tic. Ltd. Şti. (23 Nisan Mahallesi Atabulvarı Guzell Tower İş Merkezi No:2, Nilüfer/Bursa 16230; email: destek@iyibiryazilim.com.tr). This policy covers only the data you share with us as a website visitor; Logo ERP data processed within iyibir Copilot's enterprise deployment is outside this scope (see '4. iyibir Copilot Product and Corporate Data').
2. Data We Collect and How
When you fill in the Request Demo or Contact form, we collect your full name and email address as required fields, and your company name, phone number, and message content as optional fields. Submitting the form requires you to confirm you have read this Privacy Policy; when you do, the date/time of your consent and a link to the text you agreed to are recorded as proof of consent. In addition, basic technical information about your browser and device (such as IP address and browser type) may be logged automatically in our hosting infrastructure's server logs when you visit the site.
3. Purposes of Processing and Legal Basis
We process your form data to evaluate your request, schedule demo calls, answer your questions, and improve the quality of our service; this processing relies on the legal bases of direct relevance to the establishment/performance of a contract and legitimate interest under KVKK Art. 5(2), together with the explicit consent you give via the consent checkbox. Technical data in server logs is processed on the basis of legitimate interest, to keep the site secure and functioning properly. Your data is never sold or rented to third parties for marketing purposes.
4. iyibir Copilot Product and Corporate Data
This policy does not cover the Logo ERP data that iyibir Copilot processes once deployed within a business. Such corporate data relates to the business that purchases/uses the product, not to a website visitor, and is subject to the agreement signed with that business and separate data processing terms. 5. Data Transfers and Transfers Abroad
Your form data is transmitted via our email infrastructure provider so your request reaches the relevant team. The site runs on hosting providers and, if you give consent, a measurement/analytics service provider. These service providers' servers may be located abroad, in which case your data may be transferred outside Turkey under KVKK and applicable law. On request, we can share current service provider information at destek@iyibiryazilim.com.tr.
6. Retention Period
Data submitted through our forms is retained for as long as needed to resolve your request and for the mandatory retention periods required by law; server logs are retained for our hosting provider's standard operational period. At the end of these periods, data is deleted or anonymized.
7. Cookies and Consent Management
The site uses Google Tag Manager for measurement and analytics. When the page first loads, all measurement categories default to denied; no measurement or tracking is active until you give consent. When you accept via the notice shown at the bottom of the page, measurement permission is upgraded through Google Consent Mode v2 (granted). Accepting the notice does not itself set a cookie; your preference is stored locally in your browser (localStorage). To withdraw your consent or change your preference, clearing your browser's site data/local storage is enough — the notice will be shown again.
8. Your Rights Under KVKK and How to Apply
Under Article 11 of Turkey's Law on the Protection of Personal Data (KVKK, No. 6698), you have the right to: learn whether your personal data is being processed; request information about it if so; learn the purpose of processing and whether it is used consistently with that purpose; know the third parties to whom it is transferred domestically or abroad; request correction if it is incomplete or inaccurate; request its deletion or destruction within the conditions set by law; request that these corrections or deletions be notified to third parties to whom the data was transferred; object to a result arising against you from analysis of your data solely through automated systems; and claim compensation for damage arising from unlawful processing. 9. Updates to This Policy
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time to reflect changes in law or in our site/services; the current version is published on this page and the date at the top of the page is updated accordingly.
