Why "cloud" and "your own server" at the same time?
Copilot is a SaaS product: no installation, update, or version tracking required — you open it in a browser and use it. But your Logo Edge and Logo ERP installation, and the data inside it, stays in place. The layer that connects the two is iyibir PaaS Agent: installed once on the customer's server and managed from the iyibir Cloud panel.
Which direction does the connection open?
The key point is direction. Your Logo database is not exposed to the internet. Instead, iyibir PaaS Agent on your server opens a persistent connection outward, toward iyibir Cloud. The cloud doesn't reach into your server — the agent reaches out to the cloud on its own.
Is Logo data stored in the cloud?
No. Logo data is not copied to iyibir Cloud. When Copilot needs to answer a question, it reads only as much data as that question requires, at that moment — through a read-only database user. iyibir PaaS Agent refuses to work with a user that has write permission; read and write paths are separated from the start.
What is kept on the cloud side is a different scope: account information, users, past conversations, and the text of documents you upload to Copilot. This data is stored in Türkiye. Companies are isolated from one another — reaching another company's Logo records or conversation history isn't possible.
What happens before the agent is installed?
You can start using Copilot before iyibir PaaS Agent is installed — at that stage, Copilot works with "sample ERP data." The move to real Logo data happens once the agent is installed and connected to Copilot.
